The first ARC program for Big Yellow Lies has concluded, though there may still be readers finishing their advanced copies of my book. The reviews on Goodreads have been outstanding, and I want to thank all of you for entrusting me with your cherished reading time and for your thoughtful reviews. Of the 15 reviews my first novel has received, 8 of you awarded it five stars! 7 awarded it four stars. And that’s it! There were NO reviews lower than four stars!
As a first-time novelist, I am thrilled. I’m so glad you all enjoyed my work. Reading your reviews, hearing how the book affected you, and knowing that there are now other people who know and love Jesse, Kim, Mike, and Brian like I do, touched me more than I thought it would. Learning that you want more of them in a sequel, or a movie(!!!) made me beam with pride. Thank you sincerely for all of your kind words.
I want to extend special thanks to those of you who took the time to keep an errata sheet while reading the book. Pointing out typos, continuity issues, or anything that didn’t make sense as you read was very helpful, as I am reviewing all of your feedback and thoughts. Every suggestion will be fixed or given proper consideration. Your efforts will make the book better, and I can’t thank you enough.
